History keeps your saved dictations together so you can find and reuse them. Open it using the History control or sidebar icon in your app.
Search looks through transcript content, rather than only a title. Matching words can be highlighted. Android’s documented multi-word search finds entries containing all the entered keywords even when they occur in a different order.
Exact card details vary by platform and version. Meeting-specific borders and exports described in older documentation do not establish that SubPad is released.

On Windows, right-click a history card to see its available actions. On mobile, tap to open a note and use the card menu or long press where offered. The Help Center documents swiping a mobile card left to delete it.
Use Resume to extend the same note where supported. Use Clear Selected for a reviewed batch, or Clear All only when you intend to remove the entire history.
After a mobile sync, pull down on Android’s history list to refresh. If no entries appear, check the source history and sync status, then reopen the receiving app.
History is local app data. Export important notes before clearing it, reinstalling the app or replacing a device. A readable TXT export is useful for reference; it is not automatically a restorable VoicePad backup.
Use the app’s data-folder control where available rather than guessing a storage path. Mobile app data is stored inside its app storage or sandbox.
