How do I manage my devices? (4-device limit)
Your VoicePad Pro license covers **up to 4 active devices simultaneously** — across Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.
**Example:** 1 Windows PC + 1 Android phone + 1 iPhone + 1 Mac = 4 devices ✅
**Founding Members:** Same 4-device limit. Lifetime access.
**How to check your active devices:**
1. Open VoicePad on any of your active devices
2. Settings → License → **Copy Pro Token**
3. Open [voicepad.tech/account](https://voicepad.tech/account) in your browser
4. Paste your Pro Token → click **Load My Devices**
5. See every device: platform, country, activated date, last seen
**How to deactivate a device:**
Two ways, depending on whether you still have access:
**If you still have the device:**
1. Open VoicePad on that device
2. Settings → License → **Deactivate This Device**
3. Confirm — the device reverts to Free tier immediately
**If you no longer have access (lost phone, sold laptop):**
1. Use any other active device to get your Pro Token (Settings → License → Copy Pro Token)
2. Go to [voicepad.tech/account](https://voicepad.tech/account)
3. Paste your token → Load My Devices
4. Find the device you want to remove → click **Deactivate**
**Activating a new device:**
Just enter your email on the new device — Settings → License → Activate. As long as you have a free slot (under 4 devices), it works instantly.
**What if I hit the 4-device limit?**
You'll see "Device limit reached" when trying to activate. Deactivate one of your existing devices (see above) to free up a slot.
