Activate or restore Pro using the method that matches your purchase. Use the same email or store account you used when buying VoicePad.
Purchased directly from voicepad.tech
- Find your VoicePad purchase email and copy the license key.
- Open VoicePad → Settings → License → Activate.
- Enter your purchase email and license key where requested.
- Activate and check that the app shows Pro access.
Purchased through Google Play
On Android, use the Google account that made the purchase. Open Settings → Upgrade to Pro and use Restore Purchase if shown.
Purchased through the App Store
On iPhone or iPad, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases.
Founding Member activation
Open Settings → License, enter the email registered for your Founding Member access, and activate. A purchase key is not required for this entitlement.
If activation fails
- Connect this device to the internet for activation.
- Check the email address for typing errors.
- Check that your license covers this platform and has a free device slot.
- If your key or purchase cannot be found, contact support@voicepad.tech with your purchase email and platform. Keep license keys and Pro Tokens private.
