What is the Learning System (coming soon)?

The Learning System is a planned correction-feedback feature. The Help Center labels it as coming soon. Its purpose is to help VoicePad handle vocabulary you repeatedly correct, using information stored on your device.

The intended workflow

  1. Finish a dictation and review the transcript.
  2. Mark it as correct, or choose the correction option when you find a mistake.
  3. Edit the mistaken text.
  4. Let VoicePad retain the correction locally for future use.

The final controls and behavior will be documented when the feature is released.

Vocabulary it could help with

  • Names and place names.
  • Product and company names.
  • Technical or professional terms.
  • Words you frequently use that are repeatedly misspelled.

What “learning” means here

The documented plan links corrections to a personal dictionary. This should not be described as confirmed acoustic-model retraining or a guarantee that VoicePad will recognise every future pronunciation correctly.

Privacy

The planned corrections are intended to remain local. Review the release documentation for the final storage and management options before relying on a particular workflow.

What to do today

Review important transcripts and correct them manually. On supported Windows builds, use the Custom Dictionary for recurring spelling errors. Track the Learning System on the public roadmap; no release date is promised in this guide.
