What is the Activity screen?

Activity shows your dictation usage over time: words, sessions, recording duration and streaks. The Help Center currently documents the screen for Android.


Open Activity

  1. Open Settings → Activity.
  2. Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
  3. Review the numbers for the selected period.

Read the cards

  • Words: the number of words dictated.
  • Sessions: how many dictations you recorded.
  • Time: your total recording duration.
  • Longest session: the longest dictation in that period.
  • Best day: the day with the most dictated words.



Understand the time estimate

The Time Saved card compares your word count with assumed typing speeds. It is an estimate based on those assumptions, not a measurement of your personal typing speed or editing time.


Understand the streak

A streak counts consecutive days with at least one dictation in your local time zone. It reflects your history across days, rather than just the period selected in the tabs.


Empty periods

A day without dictation can show an empty state even when you have older history. Switch to a longer period to review earlier activity.


Privacy and availability

The figures are calculated locally. They are not a cloud analytics report. Check the app and roadmap for availability on other platforms; do not assume every platform already includes the same screen.
