Recover interrupted dictations

Recovery fixes have been implemented and pushed for the V3 candidates. Android can read interrupted WAV recordings whose unfinished headers previously prevented recovery, and cleanup keeps recordings that still need recovery. Windows now retains crash-recovery audio instead of clearing it at launch and can restore a recovered note on restart.

The macOS recovery replay has also been implemented, with a separate force-quit and restart walkthrough still owed. Each platform keeps its own device and build acceptance checks; final Android sound-session checks and desktop recovery walkthroughs remain tracked.

Updated 19 October 2026. These changes protect recoverable recordings and saved text; they do not promise automatic recording continuation or recovery in every failure. Completed and pushed work appears in the changelog; public V3 availability is still pending.
