The Android v3 release candidate makes it easier to edit a finished dictation and prepare it for email.
Email your dictation
- Open email sharing from the finished dictation card or Reader.
- Choose text in the email body, or attach a TXT, Markdown or PDF file.
- Set a default recipient and subject template in Settings.
- Optionally open your email app after each completed dictation. You review and send the message yourself.
Edit and review more easily
- Edit finished text directly on the main card. Copy, Share and Save use your edited text.
- Add selected words to your personal dictionary.
- Reader actions fit in a clearer row, with readable duration and word counts at larger text sizes.
- The recording bar keeps its final words-per-minute figure after Stop, and History search follows your selected theme.
Availability
Development update — 12 October 2026. These changes are integrated and tested in the Android v3 release candidate. Further release checks remain; public store availability has not been confirmed. iPhone and desktop email workflows are separate work.
